How to set close ticket workflow?
You can Close ticket in two way. First, agent can change the status to "Closed " directly from ticket when issue is resolved or closed as per your support process.
The other way is by using Close Ticket Workflow of AssistFlow. Many time it happens customer create ticket for very nominal issue or get solution by themselves after creating ticket. In such case customer may not bother about ticket they created and stop responding to ticket. You can close these type of tickets by using Close Ticket Workflow.
To manage close go to Admin Panel, select Manage section and click on Close Workflow.
