Where can I find a copy of my AssistFlow invoice?
All AssistFlow invoices go to the email address of the person who entered their payment information when first paying for AssistFlow. You cannot find a copy of your invoices inside AssistFlow or AssistFlow SM. Inside of the email, there will be a link to your invoice, which you can then print.
Administrators on the account are able to see all billing/payment history and update credit card information at any time.
If you are unsure if you have received your invoices, search your inbox and spam folders for the sender AssistFlow Subscriptions from the email address [email protected].
If you did not receive your invoices, or are taking over an account in your company, and we will send you historical invoices and ensure you receive future ones.
