How to manage knowledge base comments?

For each knowledge base article, you can enable/disable option to allow your customer to post comment on article and agents can verify the content to check it is not abusive, spam etc.

Incoming comments in need of approval will be shown under Comments to review, go to knowledge base section and click on Comments.

You can see the list of comments which are pending for review.

Select one comment from list and click on View icon from action button.

You can see the detail of comment to review.

There is three options available: Close , Delete and Approve

  • By clicking on Approve this comment will be published under article.

  • By clicking Delete comment will be deleted permanently.

  • By clicking Close comment will stay in Comments list under Pending status.
