Using Canned Responses

How do I use Canned Responses?

To use Canned Responses when responding to the requester in a ticket.

  • Go to ticket reply from ticket detail view page,
  • Go to reply box select the Canned Response from drop down to pick the one you wish to use as ticket reply message.
  • On selection Canned Response Details will be added automatically on the Reply Text.
  • And then click on Update button.
