Using Canned Responses
How do I use Canned Responses?
To use Canned Responses when responding to the requester in a ticket.
- Go to ticket reply from ticket detail view page,
- Go to reply box select the Canned Response from drop down to pick the one you wish to use as ticket reply message.
- On selection Canned Response Details will be added automatically on the Reply Text.
- And then click on Update button.
