How do I cancel my paid subscription?
If you want to stop your AssistFlow subscription, we would really appreciate it if you would reach out the AssistFlow team to let us know why AssistFlow isn’t right for you and your team. We are always looking to improve!
To cancel your subscription,
Go to AssistFlow Subscription Management by clicking here.
Login with the Information that you have used while Purchasing the AssistFlow Subscription.
On the left hand side menu Click on Subscriptions
Click on Cancel icon
You will be asked to confirm your cancellation. Your subscription will remain active up to the date shown in the message. When ready, click Confirm.
As a final confirmation, you will see a success message and also receive an email notification of your cancellation.
By cancelling your subscription, you are not closing your AssistFlow account. The features that are available with your paid subscription will continue to the last date of your subscription.
