How to integrate Twitter account with AssistFlow?
You can link Twitter Account depending on the plan you currently subscribed to. Only staff with Admin settings permission can access this page from Admin Panel.
Go to Integration section and click on Twitter. You will see the below screen.
Click on the 'Link Twitter' button to be redirected to Twitter for authentication. Once you've authenticated, you'll be redirected back to DAssistFlow Twitter integration page.
Now you can choose the Helptopic and other ticket properties for ticket created via particular Twitter account tweets.
Click on Save once you are done with all settings.
