How to integrate Facebook page with AssistFlow?

You can integrate your brand's Facebook page with your AssistFlow and convert all the wall posts into tickets in your AssistFlow . This way, you can help out your customers wherever they are without switching between windows or missing out on important posts.

Connect your helpdesk to Facebook

You can link Facebook pages depending on the plan you currently subscribed to. Only staff with Admin settings permission can access this page from Admin Panel.

Go to Integration section and click on Facebook. You will see the below screen.

Click on the 'Link to Facebook' button to be redirected to Facebook for authentication.

Once you've authenticated, you'll be redirected back to AssistFlow, where you can choose the page you want to integrate with AssistFlow. (AssistFlow will automatically fetch the details of all Facebook pages linked with this account.)

Now you can choose the Helptopic and other ticket properties for ticket created via particular Facebook page post.

If you check Convert Ticket option all post will be convert in to ticket and available in ticket Inbox.

Once the integration is set up, whenever a Facebook user posts in the Facebook page, a ticket gets created for the same, with the 'Page Name - content of the Facebook post' as the subject. 'From' Name carries the name of the contact, who posted on the Facebook page.

Now Agent can reply on post from AssistFlow and it will post as comments on customers post.

Subsequent comments are threaded within AssistFlow, preserving the same hierarchy as they are in the Facebook page.
