Creating a New Ticket

How to create ticket?

Tickets are support requests that are submitted by your customers. A ticket can be created in multiple ways in AssistFlow.

Support Email

Any email directed to your support email address automatically gets converted into a ticket in your help desk system once you have configured the “Incoming Mail” in your AssistFlow account.

Agent Panel

Your helpdesk staff also have the option of creating a ticket on behalf of your customers from the Agent panel. You can refer CreateTicket by Agent for more detail

Customer Support Portal ( Helpdesk Website)

Customer can create ticket from your helpdesk website through "Submit Ticket" form

Social Channel

If you have enabled this feature and link your social accounts ( Facebook & Twitter) with AssistFlow, Tweet from your customer or Facebook post will automatically converted as ticket in AssistFlow.
