What is auto response in settings?
AssistFlow gives you option to decide whether you would like to send automated reply to customer when they create ticket from your helpdesk.
Go to Admin panel, select System Settings section and click on Auto Response Settings.
Here you will find two option, check the check box besides each option for which you would like to send auto response email to customer
Click on Save button when you are done with selection.
Please note New ticket when ticket is created by customer.
