How to print ticket?
AssistFlow gives you option to generate pdf file for individual ticket.
To print ticket go to detail view page, from right panel "Settings Icon" select Generate pdf option and your ticket will be automatically download in pdf format. You can save or print this file as per your requirement.
This file includes all ticket details like Ticket subject, Customer info, Ticket properties and Ticket history.
