How to setup email alert & notices?

With InvoiceFix, you can configure email notifications for many actions so that you are automatically alerted when things in your helpdesk requires your attention. Only staff with admin permission can manage or edit this settings from Admin Panel.

Go to System Settings section and select Alert and Notice, Here you can see options available for Alert & Notices.\

Enable the notifications you'd like to receive from AssistFlow by checking (or un-checking) the boxes next to any of the notification options. Below are different options available .

NEW TICKET ALERT : Email sent when any new ticket created in your department

TICKET ASSIGNMENT ALERT : Email sent when any ticket assigned to agent

TICKET TRANSFER ALERT : Email sent when any ticket transfer from one Helptopic to another
