Update Billing Address / Payment Method

How do I change my billing address or Payment Method?

If you have a AssistFlow subscription, you can change your billing address at any time.

1. Go to Admin Panel, then click on Subscription under Account Info on left side menu.

2. On Right hand side of the Content Window you will see Billing Info Click Update Billing Info.

3. Here, you will see your subscription details. Click Edit Subscription.

4. Click beside Update Address, then click Next.

5. Enter in your new billing address and click Save Changes.

Note: The email address here is for our payment processor to communicate with you. If you change your email address here, it will not change your AssistFlow account email address.
